HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SENT?
Our orders are dealt with within 24-48 hours for all of the country. The sending and delivery of the package is through the national postal service. Orders received on Friday, weekends or bank holidays will be dealt with the next working day.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Mainland delivery: Free delivery
Delivery to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €10 delivery
Deliveries to Europe: €15 delivery
Deliveries to America: €25 delivery
These are the different ways payment can be paid for internet orders:
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
The card used will be charged at the same time the purchase is made. In this moment you will redirected to the page of the bank to process the transaction through a safe way where the data will be transmitted in an encrypted way SSL.
To purchase using PayPal, select this method and next click on “Confirm Payment”. Next, you will be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.
The limit for any returns or changes is 15 days from the date of the email confirming the order is received.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS?
To return goods the following steps have to be taken correctly:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward you the label that has to be stuck on the box of the product to be returned.
It can take between 24-72 hours (working days) until the transport company collects the product to be returned. This time will be increased by up to 24 hours outside of the mainland.
It is necessary that the goods to be returned are in the same conditions as when they were sent.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GOODS TO BE RETURNED?
Returns are free. However, any returns that are made outside of the mainland the corresponding postal costs are to be paid for by the customer.
Any change of articles can only be made for a different size, or for the same size in the case of a defective article and will depend on the availability of the product in stock.
If you wish to carry out a change for a different model, first you must proceed to return the purchased article and then carry out a new order.
