Refund policy



The Client is granted the right to withdraw from the order, (return the order) within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, as stated in article 71 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws is approved.

To do this, you must contact via email with the address (within that period of 14 days) commenting on the reasons for the return and indicating an address where the transport company can go to collect the merchandise.

Outside of this period, order revocations will not be accepted, nor will orders for the supply of goods made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, etc. that had been unsealed and/or used by the Client.

The Client must communicate his withdrawal to CALZADOS ZEL´S, SL by email within that period of 14 days. In this way, the Customer can be informed of the procedure for returning the order (return number, shipping method and delivery address).

To proceed with the exchange or return, the products must be in the same conditions in which you received them, with the original packaging and cannot have been used.

Returns in Calzados Zel's are free. However, returns that occur from outside the peninsula transport are at the customer's expense, both the return shipment and the new shipment of the package.


The exchange of articles can only be made for a different size, or for the same size in case of defective article, and will be subject to availability in our warehouses. If you wish to exchange for a different model, please return the purchased item (s) and place a new order.


The Client can at any time cancel an order, but depending on the circumstances, this cancellation can be understood as unilateral by the Client (with expenses for the Client) or by mutual agreement of the parties (without expenses for the Client).

The Client will have the right to cancel their order, and CALZADOS ZEL´S, SL will give their consent to said cancellation, therefore understood as a cancellation by mutual agreement and there is no commitment or penalty for the Client when:

a) The estimated delivery time of the merchandise has been exceeded without it having been delivered to the Customer.

b) When a product is definitely out of stock, at which point CALZADOS ZEL´S, SL will contact the Client to inform them.

In these cases, the only way to cancel the order is by sending an email to requesting the cancellation of the order, indicating the reasons. CALZADOS ZEL´S, SL, will carry out the necessary checks and in the case of the circumstances described, CALZADOS ZEL´S, SL will agree to the cancellation of the order, with no commitment or penalty for the customer.
