DELIVERY TIMES FOR ORDERS
The delivery times of the orders depend on the availability of the product or products that compose them. In case the product is in stock, the orders will be delivered within 24 hours from the order formalization (business day). It may happen that the selected product is not in stock at that time. In this case, our customer service will contact the customer to inform him of this circumstance and proceed to confirm the date of service, change or cancellation of the order.
However, the delay in delivery will not imply any compensation and will only empower the Customer to cancel the order when the circumstances described in the 'CANCELLATION OF ORDERS' section of these conditions arise. Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the Client in his order is without effect. Both parties expressly exclude the exercise of any claim for loss of profit.
Orders will be delivered by Correos (Spain) and DHL (other countries) at the delivery address indicated by the Customer and to the person who has established themselves as the recipient. These data will be consigned on the delivery note of the transport company, which will also indicate the number of packages of the shipment, the total weight, the order number and the refund (only in cases of orders placed in the payment method against refund).
In addition to the delivery note, a purchase invoice will be delivered to the Customer with each order, either within the shipping packaging, or together with the product sent. In some cases, it will be sent via email or by regular mail.
If the invoice is missing, the Client may request it by email to the address info@fabiolas.es, indicating the name of the owner of the invoice and the order number, and it will be sent to the invoice address by ordinary mail or email .
* AUGUST:No shipments are made from August 5 to 16, so if you place an order, your Fabiolas will be delivered from Monday, August 19.
